I will design your webpages. For one page with text and/or
links and photos, I charge $50 per year. This includes setup and hosting. I give a 10% discount for senior
citizens. Because of space limits, I can only allow two photos
per page. You can host pictures with a free hosting service such
as Fotopic and I
will provide a link on your site. you have trouble uploading your photos to a free hosting site I
can help you with that. Here is an example of a Fotopic site Susan's Photographs I will also scan your pictures for your site if needed at no extra charge. If you want a background on your page you can choose one from Backgrounds If you prefer a solid color background just let me know what color you want.
Besides personal and family pages, I will do real estate or for sale items.
I will not do obscene or adult oriented pages. Please don't ask.
After you receive your webpage you have a week to verify it meets your approval. During that time I will make changes at no costs.
You may have up to two weather stickers on your page at no extra charge. You can use any city you wish.

Let me know if you have broken or non working links and I will repair them.
After the first week any changes to your page (text, links, background, photos etc) will cost $10.
I will give you $5 for each customer you refer to me. Just be sure that they mention your name.
I will accept payment by personal check, cash or money order. Insufficient funds checks will mean cancellation of your account and deletion of your webpage.
